How do I qualify for the free water heater or 10-year labor warranty?
When you install a qualifying new system, you choose one incentive: a free water heater or a 10-year labor warranty. Qualifying systems only. Some restrictions apply — we'll confirm exactly what qualifies during your in-home estimate before any work begins.
What's the difference between a traditional system and a ductless mini split?
A traditional American Standard system replaces your central heating and cooling through your existing ductwork. A Mitsubishi Electric ductless mini split heats and cools specific rooms without ducts — a good fit for additions, converted spaces, or homes where certain rooms never feel comfortable. We'll recommend the right approach for your home.
